Topic: Smooth out Prints
What are some of the best methods to smooth out a project. We are currently using Acetone but was wondering if there was anything better?
Thanks!

Welcome!
Do a search for smoothing or acetone, it's been covered a ton already with some really good results.
Hi Cmetzel, I think the OP is asking about alternative solvents. That has also been covered, but less extensively.
Tumbling perhaps, I've seen some nice results from using ceramic tumbling chips.
Tumbling works but can take a longggggggg time depending on how much deviation is in the layers and will be dependent on the shape and intricacies of the part to be finished.
I am also using tumbling and I must say that it is also useful for long term. Till now I have no problem at all.
