Topic: support material not connecting

i have just got a new pc and i reinstalled everything and recalibrate and i have notes that it is a new version of repetier wit some cool new things but for some reason when i try to slice up something with support material enabled the material dos not connect to the model ?
how can i fix this?

i need help asap or at least a link to the older one cos i have a 12h print i want to do and only 2 more days to do it

Maybe you could post the stl, I think it probably has problems in it that the new RH does not like.

it is a model from thingiverse that i have fixed up ad lowered the polycount but no errors pop up ? i will post it later
