Topic: installing octo print ?

I would love to use this program but I am very unclear on how to download or install it. I have python  but there is no instructions on the process to install. has any one done this? can any one write me up a simple step by step please.  Im just looking to install this on a small windows net book so i can access it remotely and print

I'm not sure what OS you are using, however I know that as of earlier today when I installed this on a Debian based distribution of linux, the default timeout values were too low and needed to be adjusted in the settings menu of the interface to connect to the printer.  What OS are you running?
