Topic: It's not Much but its my first custom model

I have several retro gaming systems that I wanted to display instead of hiding under my desk. So I decided to make wall mounts for each one I own, this first mount is for a SNES, but there will be more to come!
Also made in tinker cad (I'm glad it's back).

Its an awesome feeling being able to conceptualise something, draw it, then print it, sometimes all in under an hour! smile

Congrats; and enjoy the warm and fuzzies of success smile

This is the thing that made it all worth while for me.

Great job Putzy. Now you are hooked like the rest of us. The only way to quit is by a 12-step program or shock therapy.

SD3 w/ mods:
Glass bed with QU-BD heat pad upgrade, threadless ballscrew w/ 8mm smooth rod, spectra line belt replacement, lawsy MK5 extruder, Lawsy replacement carriage, E3D hotend, Ramps 1.4 w/ reprap discount controller, DRV8825 drivers, 12v 30A PS, Acrylic case, Overkill Y-idlers, Filament alarm, Extruder fan + more.

Yeah, first thing that i can call my own! Its a bit late but once I get my first system up I'll post pictures.
The mounts were right on, the studs in my wall were not unfortunately. so I'll be posting pictures tomorrow when its not too late to drill some holes.

Nice job.

This one was mine: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:83955
It particularly bugged me that I could never find something like it to buy.

very nice. that's the essence of 3d printing. have problem, create solution without a shop full of tools and time spent fabricating. lol.
