Topic: Tracked Robot

This is the beginnings of an experimental moving robot, I have coined as Mobot.  It uses a lot of the design work by Emmett on his design of the Moon Rover.  I have changed the design to use a geared motor kit for propulsion, and an Arduino Uno or equivalent to run a Seeed motor controller.  The initial trial program will be to run forward until the ultrasonic ranging device detects an object in its path.  It will then stop, beep. and wait a couple of seconds before checking again.  If the object has not moved, it will beep again and wait again.  After beeping and waiting three times, if the object is still in the way, it will turn until it does not detect anything, and then begin to move forward again.  It is a simple demonstration to some kids I am attempting to spark an interest in engineering and electronics.

I hope I am not repeating myself, so I will say the same thing differently this time just so it want be quite as boring as just a rehash...
The motor gearbox is made by a japaneeze company who's name I either cannot recall or seem able to find on the internet, but something llike Tamika.  It was at a local hobby shop over near the tank models as I recall.

Is the track individual parts?

Looks like Emmett's tracks derived from his stretchy bracelets he used on his Moon Rover - in which case, no, its one piece.

Yes this is true.  The one piece "bracelet" track is easy to print and use.  Emmett had developed an easy to use and modify design.
