Measure it up and make a quick model in sketch up. You could probably knock it out in an hour or so.
Scan it on a flatbed. Most CAD or 3D programs have the ability to load a jpg and trace it.
IanJohnson is right. In fact, you should be able to just take a pic with your phone. The one above could work but you might want it a bit straighter.
I did this a few months ago trying to reverse engineer a small bucket in my car's dashboard. Here's an example in Solid Edge of bringing in a picture of a hand sketch, scaling it to the right size, and hand tracing it. Like Ian said, most CAD programs can do this.
