Topic: embedding a magnet
Just wondering if it is possible to embed small magnets in a print. I am making signs that I would like to be able to attach to a vehicle.

I think you might find it is best to recess the magnets instead of embedding them. However, neither brass or aluminum is magnetic so there shouldn't be an issue if you slip a magnet in during a print. Just make sure to pause before the hole gets covered up and insert your magnet.
My son is embedding near field chips in his 3D prints so it should be possible. You might first check that the nozzle isn't magnetic or or might jump onto the nozzle!
Nozzle is non-ferrous, brass specifically.
