Hey I have a question.. have you tried fitting the iPhone case to an actual iPhone?

I'm curious because my prints usually turn out brittle so I've had 3D printed (not on Solidoodle though) iPhone cases break when I try to actually use it on my phone.

Maybe there's some better way to print or should use different settings?

Sorry for the response delay, but yeah I fit one right after I calibrated my printer. It is a very snug fit, but it worked. It's all about finding the right model on thingiverse. I'll try to find the one I used if it'll help you out any.
