There is Hope After Shifting

Well took a risk and started a 6 hour print after 3 weeks of battling shifting. New stepper boards, tension etc and so far so good several days of printing and I found mt belts were TOO tight when I started this print randomly out of round on first few layers, loosens right side up full turn front and back and well 7 hr LARGE 5"x5"x5" Print.

This is awesome stereo project will update you guys later.

So comments. I have 2 sides enclosed and it seems you can tell sides and back have no lift or delamination, the front near both clips and nop cover have lift at bottom and some delamination. I added cover near end of print.

Otherwise I think banding is minimal? there is a slight hysterisis walk to be expected but not major shifting and for this size print I was able to design with no support or bridging. Next run I think I can get it down to 4 hours and less material.
