Topic: recalibrating SD3

I have spent several hours trying to calibrate the X & Y axis
and I can not get any closer than

X. 25.22 mm
Y. 24.74 mm
any suggestions

Are you doing this by adjusting X and Y steps/mm?  Are you avoiding touching the corners with the caliper?  The slight bulging there will throw off your measurement.  Maybe try slowing down a little as well, in case there is some overshoot going on.
