Topic: Holes in surface
Hi folks,
after messing up my brand new Solidoodle 3 (see: soliforum.com/post/16463/#p16463) I had to recalibrate the whole device. As I am a complete newby in 3d printing this is kind of a challenge for me ![]()
I followed the instructions on the Solidoole wiki (Layer, Print Bred and Extruder calibraition, no flow rate calibration, yet) but the results are kind of a mixed bag. The worst thing is that the surfaces of the printed objects are not solid and there are holes in them. I have attached a picture that illustrates my results.
The printed object is part of the Dial Indicator for my Solidoodle. I tried to calibrate the the print bred with the paper method and I am quite confident it is not perfect as it is.
Regarding the settings I used pretty much the standard settings ( 200° Extruder, 95° Print Bed and .1mm slicer)
Thanks for suggestions,
Elias
