Hello,

My name is Joel and I am a very new employee at Solidoodle. I will be working in customer service and look forward to helping everyone should any concerns arise. I am learning loads of information everyday and am excited to be on the scene.

Welcome! I love my SD2 and your support. I am working on belt tension issues can not printing the Y so I wll be pinging you this weekend if no luck LOL

Joel has spent the last 10 years working for the Fantastic Four, helping to stop Doctor Doom. Just kidding of course wink

No, Joel has experience with tech. We wouldn't have hired him otherwise. Of course, we are all learning about 3D printing - it's so new that I think there is a very small number of folks who could be legitimately referred to as experts.
