Topic: Top flange bolt interfering with enclosure bolt

I started putting together the Filastruder a few days ago. As any of you that have assembled the Filastruder know, it's not a simple or straightforward process. One of the problems I am facing now (and one that I can't easily figure out myself) is that I can only install three of the four enclosure bolts. The forward upper bolt will not line up because the head of the upper flange bolt is interfering with it. I have attached images to show what I mean. If you look at the image with the side cover on, you'll notice that the slot for the tab on the front face needs to move down in order for the two to fit together. Did I do something wrong? Has anyone had this issue? Any suggestions other than grind half of the bolt head off?

Also, does anyone know where this goes? While putting together the Filawinder, this fell onto my work bench. I assumed it came off of the control board on the Filawinder but after looking at pictures I don't see this anywhere. It appears to be a 3-pin jumper.

Re: Top flange bolt interfering with enclosure bolt

If the acrylic spacers between the front face plate and frame were 1-2 mm thinner I might be able to get all the bolts in but I don't have much clearance between the rear enclosure bolts and the frame to work with. I'll experiment with smaller spacers and see what I come up with.

I had the same issue, I was able to get the frame assembled with the hex head bolts. But I replaced the hex head bolts with socket head bolts. They did not interfere with the frame bolts and made the assembling the frame easier.
