Topic: da Vinci nano / software help

I received the da Vinci nano, my first 3D printer, as a gift yesterday. I followed the included instructions to download XYZmaker Suite v1.0.5. When I load it up, I see the screen (attached) but the buttons to start XYZmaker or XYZprint do nothing. I've also tried XYZWare v2.1.32.3. XYZWare recognizes my printer, but there is no option for nano in the setup so it will not print.

I've wasted my entire day on this, and am beyond frustrated. Any help would be appreciated.

Same problem, same waste of time and same frustration. ...  considering throwing the printer out of the window (3rd floor). I need a glas of wine now!

Thanks for sharing your link! Unfortunately I have a Mac which can not handle the exe-file smile However, good to hear that there is a performing customer service which I contacted now....let's see if they can provide a solution.
