Topic: Davinci minimaker will not connect

Hello,

Everything was working fine until some days ago were XYZWare couldn't find my printer anymore. https://imgur.com/ohpxGZ1
My printer turns on ok : https://imgur.com/kYLMSuT
Windows recognizes the printer : https://i.imgur.com/FvsumkL.png and is on the right COM. There a little yellow sign but it said it couldn't find any error.

I've tried to unplug every usb that was connected to my computer. It didn't change anything. I've also tried to reinstall XYZWare, no result. Turning off and on my computer or my printer doesn't help.

It may be a driver issue? But I can't find them anywhere.. I don't know what to do

in your device manager, the com port for your miniMaker have yellow "!" on it, suggest issue with the device. you can double click on the device and it will show the detailed error, can be system resource conflict or bad USB cable or bad driver etc. and you can take action accordingly.

my com port is now fixed, but its not fixing the issue

i have now the issue that he is not connected but the com port is okay. I see a red light on the inside of the 3d printer.

try install latest xyzmaker or xyzprint, it will reinstall the latest driver and hopefully detect your printer.
