How to wire safety switch relay ?

I am trying to figure out how to wire 15Amp relay to the SESTOS as well as how to tell SESTOS to brake (of engage in my case) the relay to cut the main power.
Anyone has any thoughts on that ?

What i really want to do (above is the minimum) is to cut the power if temperature falls below minimum or goes beyond maximum. Both would indicate a problem for which unit would need to shut off.

Does SESTOS sends 12V anywhere once dHAL (upper limit divination) or dLAL (lower limit deviation) is reached ?
For example: If my target temperature is 200, setting dHAL to 220 and dLAL 180.
If it hits 221 or 179, Waring will flicker on the display. But is there a signal sent anywhere that i can use to trigger 12V 15A relay on order to shut the unit off ?
