Not sure what you exact question is. But yes you can go from the stock firmware to Repetier firmware on an AIO. You will however loose the scanner function. You cannot go back to XYZ firmware once you have moved to Repetier firmware unless you have the capability to save the original file as a .bin file by reading it from the JTAG port of the mother board.
Actually you can go back to stock. Hit your J1 or J37 jumper to get rid of firmware that is on there.
Next you want to grab arduino 1.6 (just grab the zip file not the installer) and extract it. In the hardware\tools\ folder copy "Bossac.exe" to a new folder on your desktop. Call this folder "printer"
next go https://forum.voltivo.com/showthread.php?tid=7966 and grab an original firmware and save it to the same folder you just put the "bossac.exe" in and rename it "firmware.bin"
next open device manager, go to the "ports" group and see what COM port your printer is connected to.
Now open a command prompt and type
c:\Users\[username]\desktop\printer\bossac.exe -p COM15 -U true -i -e -w -v -b c:\Users\[username]\desktop\printer\firmware.bin –R
just replace the COM15 with whatever the COM port number is that you saw in device manager.
Press enter and it should flash the XYZ firmware back onto your printer, it will then verify it. After that just power your printer off and back on and you should be good to go. I just flashed back to original XYZ software doing this a couple of hours ago

Those jumpers where removed from the AIO. They where in fact removed from the second gen 1.0 onward. There are two boards and some still have the holes where the jumpers where. Then there is the newer version that was redesigned with no jumper or holes and you have to short the actual reset pin on the CPU to GND to make it work.
