Topic: Which XYZware version to keep hacking the Mini maker ?

Hi,

Just bought the Mini Maker, I am currently installing it with the original filament.

But as I saw I should not update nore the printer neither the soft, I am wondering which XYZware soft I should install in order to be able to reset the original chip and use a cheaper third filament in the future.

I am running it on Mac OS X 10.13.3 (High Sierra). But it is still possible for me to use it on a Win10 PC as well.

Could you guys tell me what soft I should run and what error I should avoid in order to use my printer without compromising myself ? Especially regarding firewall and internet access restrictions.
