A few days to over a year. Lots of factors . if it seems knackered try changing it out.

I don't use abrasive filament. I use PETG exclusively for the most part and my nozzles are going on 5 plus years of use with no signs of wear.

Printing since 2009 and still love it!

Unless you use abrasive filament, the cheap one ($1 each on amazon) should last very long. Nozzle too close to bed and bad leveling can wear it off or clog it very quick (in 3 month or so). I damaged 2-3 nozzle when I was newbie and struggling with bed leveling/adhesion. After that only changed nozzle when different size is needed.

Don't run filament out after switch different brand/color/type of filament can also cause partial clog on nozzles. Google Atomic pull for method to clean up nozzles. Also make sure to heat up hotend when change nozzles and avoid get burned.
