Topic: Your experience with Vinci Mini W

Hi everyone!

This is my first post, sorry for my bad english. I´m from Spain (we are trying hard to fix it hehehe)

I would like to know which is your experience with the Vinci Mini W printer.

Now I have a BQ Hephestos. I print small things, but I have to level the bed constantly.

I´m looking for a small printer with auto level bed, I´m teaching 3D design and  3D printing to kids. And I print a lot of robots parts.

I do some research about Bq Witbox Go and Ultimaker 2 Go too.

Hi,

I got a Da Vinci Minimaker for Christmas and I'm pretty happy so far, only costed me 199€ and print well.

The bed leveling that everybody is speaking about on other printer is done with the simple press of a button.
I didn't have to adjust anything, it worked out of the box. No leveling, no adjustment, simply plugged it and print.

So of course the filament is a little bit more expensive by XYZPrinting but it also justify the tiny entry ticket of just 199€.

I also didn't have any issue with the quality and UHU glue on the print bed to ensure that the print doesn't come off, also work well.

The only thing I can complain about is having to use XYZ software, they are good and do there job but doesn't allow for a lot of custom settings (but for kid it's great, just having few basic settings).

Praise XYZprinting product in this forum is very dangerous. You will get yourself lots of enemy.

I don't think that true.  I do not think you have made enemies on this forum. 

I also have a Jr.  I have enjoyed it, grew with it and learned alot.  I made many excellent prints with it.  It does have its limitations, but what doesn't.  Its a good first printer, as it was almost plug an play.  I do not regret it at all.

First off welcome to the forum! Always good to have new faces around here. And dont worry, having a davinci wont make you enemies lol. We're all printing nerds here who try our best to help you out. The way you conduct yourself and the possible garbage you spew will make you lose credibility and respect though.
