Topic: What’s your most painful problem related to 3D printing right now?

Hi there,

I’m an entrepreneur and I want to create my next venture in the 3D printing world.

I have a couple of questions for you:

1. What’s your most painful problem related to 3D printing right now?
2. If you had a magic wand, how would you solve it?

Feel free to tell me about everything related to the 3D printing process from the very beginning (when you didn’t have any 3D printer to now where everything is installed and running).

Thanks a lot for your feedback.

Best regards,
Jérémy.

Hi Kronikabuse,

Thanks for your quick answer. You mean on the forum right? Some people come and want answers immediately without trying to find the answer on the web before. I've seen this in all forums, over and over again.

But my question was more about your problems when using your 3D printer in general, not the most painful problem you have on this forum. What about that?

Thanks!

You might have missed the sarcasm in his post. The questions you want answers to are all out there with a simple search of your own. Have you actually Googled your own question?

the biggest problem to me is too much garbage on the market.

the market is flooded with cheaply made junk and people buy it thinking they are saving money when in reality they are just making things harder on themselves. Then they come to forums like this wondering why their cheap junk doesnt work

SD4 #1 & #2 - Lawsy carriages, E3D v6, Rumba controller board, mirror bed plate, X motor fan, upgraded PSU & Mica bed heater
SD4 #3 - in the works ~ Folgertech FT-5, rev 1
Printit Industries Beta Tester - Horizon H1

Re: What’s your most painful problem related to 3D printing right now?

Before I Bought my 1st 3D printer I read up on them for a year to see what i wanted and how much trouble they would be.
And now that I have had a printer a few years I still log onto the group at least 2 times a week. As for problems with the printer 99% of the time it is because the operator (me) did not take enough time so calibrate it or keep up the maintenance.

Funny you should say that.  They do indeed make one small enough to fit in a purse, much less a suitcase.

My most painful 3D printing problem is that I some how managed to stick my finger in the blades of the cooling fan, and sliced a 1cm long gash in it!
