Da vinci plus 1.1

Hello, bought this printer on sale. Its my first 3d printer. Prints are really good with stock everything.

I already did a reset on the filament and its running out . SO I want to get a new 3rd party ABS filament, but the Extruder temperature is locked on this machine. Is there a way to adjust/change extruder and bed temperatures for 1.1 plus ?

I have tried simplify 3d and it wont allow temperature adjustments. I also tried to do the Slic3r to gcode to .3W method but unfortunately xyz ware isn't reading the files. newer version of xyzware straight up crashes when I open this modified file.
