Topic: Flash Firmware DaVinci jr 2.0 mix

There is no materials in internet about reflashing  DaVinci junior 2.0 mix. Would someone help me to find it
My firmware is 1.0.2, can i change it on 2.2.x?

There is no information, because it cannot be done at this time. You can go to newer versions through the software, but you can't go backwards. To go newer just have your PC the machine is connected to connected to the net then start the software and it check for updates and apply them.

Ok, and how about Repetier Host. Is it posibile on my printer?

There is no firmware that will make your printer compatible with Rep Host. Simplify3d might support but that will also cost you $150 and you would need to contact them first to confirm it is supported.

Honestly you made a bad choice in what printer to buy. Da Vinci is locked and hopes to make money on you through their filament. Your printer being one of the newer has very little online support at this time. I would actually see if I could sell it and get something more open source.

In the 3d Printer market you get what you pay for and Da Vince or XYZ is cheap for a reason.

Yeah, I think you're out of luck for the moment.
They update the list farely regularly though so keep an eye on it.

I've printed successfully with Simplify3d on my Jr. 2.0 Mix by changing the regular Jr. presets to include a second extruder. I'm just trying to figure out proper retraction settings, but other than that it works fine.

where can i find this presets? And how to figure out proper retraction settings?
