Limit Switches not working

I just got a new head for my printer (hictop pursia i3) and now my limit switches in the x & y direction no longer work.  I didn't mess with this wiring at all.  Also X movement is backwards.    I tested the switches and they are good and are securely connected to the control board.

I did test my head from the x port so I wouldn't have to heat up the head to test the movement.

Is my control board bad?  Reset and powering off/on makes no difference.

Anyone have any ideas on what to test or do?
