The gears seem to be stuck. Has anyone experienced this? Thanks in advance.

Seems like a classic extruder jam to me heat up the hotend to about 230°C unload the filament then push a resitor leg into the nozzle.

Sure because everyone has a resistor laying around which by the way do not have .4mm leads.
They give you a tool for this but it will only move the clog, and it will come back.
The best way is to use the cold pull to make sure you get all the old stuff out. It's tricky and takes practice but works very well once mastered. There are topics on it if you google it.

Cold pulling is a great technique especially when you do it with nylon.

Thanks for the reply. I've been out of the country and I'm just getting back to the US. I will try this later and leave the results here. Thanks again!
You guys were right, it was an extruder jam. After watching this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0N0eetVgAd8, I was able to un-clog the plastic from the gears. I just finished the demo print, so I'm good to go! Thanks to both of you for your help!
