Topic: Unkonwn model Solidoodle 3D printer

Dear All,

A friend of mine give me his old 3D printer and I am trying to make it works but I do not even know which model it is. Could you help me? and if you have any tips about the software I will need it would be really helpful!! It seems to be the model 1.3

The 1.3A is simply the version of your control board.  That's a Sanguinololu which was a good board.
You'll need to spend some time at the WIKI and reading relevant posts.
Basically you'll need to get the correct driver on your computer.
Install Repetier-Host which will be how you will control the printer.  Packaged with Repetier Host will be Slic3r. That's what you'll use to slice your models for printing.
Ask lots of questions and google is your friend.

If i didnt missunderstand, If I install the repieter host I will have all I need to use my computer isnt it? Then I will have problems to use it properly but with that should be enough. isnt it?

Repetier Host is the only software you need, since it also installs Slic3r and Cura along with it.  Repetier controls the printer, Slic3r and Cura are two different programs that convert the model into toolpaths for the printer to follow.

BTW, you have the case on backward.
