Is this machine stock? Are you using factory filament?

What I see is major over extrusion which means your machine is feeding way too much filament.

Printing since 2009 and still love it!

Yes , I believe its stock. I'm not sure what you mean, its not hooked up to a computer so it should be stock.?
And how do I fix extruder

I hate to say but being all stock as in no mods or alternate firmware/Host, there is very little you can do. It appears that the calibration in your stock firmware is off. This and other issues such as the lock down on settings and such is the reason people flash their firmware to Repetier or swap out the electronics completely for something open source.

Plug and play does not exist in 3d printers. You got scammed by the advertising hype and probaly did not fully research 3d printers before diving in. There is no such thing as plug and play when it comes to 3d printers as of yet.

IMHO xyz is better at advertising and marketing than building or supporting the printers.
The good news is the folks here have done some impressive mods and upgrades.
So do some homework and ask questions here .
