hot end?

OK.   So I guess either I am a brute, or this thing came from the factory built on a Friday and assembled by a drunkard who hadnt stopped drinking yet.     

I am likely going to just be replacing the print head.   It's not working at all.  I bought new thermosters and cannot find the connector to the PCB.   I am going to have to likely chop the end on the PCB and or put something on there a little more standard

Anyone have any suggestions for this thing?   Is there a better print head that works?  Should I just buy another one from XYZ?
