Topic: New user, upgrading v1.0 fully assembled to v2

Hello all,

I have been lurking and coveting a filastruder for a while to produce custom shades and lower cost filament for e-nable hands. I was able to get a v1.0 fully assembled (kickstarter) filastruder, which is hopefully going to upgrade to v2 to take advantage of the faster gearbox, filter nozzle, stall protection, etc. Huge thanks to Tim for helping me go through what I have and what I need, upgrade parts arrive on Tuesday! I'll be taking lots of pictures, hopefully to help guide others who may try to do the same.

Kudos for helping with E-nable. I had the privilege of attending the conference in Sept 14 and met many of the founders. A great group with a great cause.
