Topic: Da Vinci 1.0 Y-Axis carriage replacement

I just wanted to ask if someone has designed a replacment part for the Y-Axis that uses LM8UU sized berings (I want to use some from IGUS). I only found that https://pinshape.com/items/17860-3d-pri … r-bearings but the design is too expensive for me. I wanted to design my own but I dont have alot of time at the moment because of school. It would be very kind if someone would sent me his design. Have a great day wink

You would also need to change out the rods.  They are not hardened and bearings will score them and remove your reasoning for bearings in the first place.

Printing since 2009 and still love it!
Anycubic 4MAX best $225 ever invested.
Voxelabs Proxima SLA. 6 inch 2k Mono LCD.
Anycubic Predator, massive Delta machine. 450 x 370 print envelope.
