Topic: ps and abs way to thick 2,0+

how do i get the filament diameter below 2,0mm i tried ps pellets (atech 1200 and 485n) and regenerat from work and i tried abs pellets (magnum 3504). extruding at 200°C to the floor (filawinder not finished yet)

all the same diameter between 2,0mm and 2,1mm. --->too thick for my printer and too thick for my pen

Where did you install the thermocouple sensor?

1.) increase temperature
2.) dry the pellets
3.) decrease cooling
4.) increase distance from floor
5.) drill out nozzle to be larger (different polymers exhibit differing degrees of die swell)

Thanks in first place.
i installed the thermocouple sensor where it is supposed to. in the tiny hole on the side of nozzle. maybe the hole isn't deep enough?!

No, that's fine. I only ask because sometimes people disregard the instructions and put it under the heater.
