Topic: E3D v6 replacement help

Hello everyone looking to get some help. I have a devinci 1.0a and my hotend died on me I just ordered a E3D v6 hotend from E3D-online.com. The issue that I have is sense the printer is down I don't have the ability to print the required parts to fit this new assembly. I live in Michigan just wondering if there is anyone around that could help me with getting these parts. I didn't want to go through shapeways because I'm to inpatient to wait for it to come in. Thanks for the help

I'm not sure which mount you have, but we sell these https://www.printitindustries.com/colle … avinci-pro
If you need a different mount, I would be more than happy to whip one up for you. Depending on when you order, we may be able to get it to you around the end of the weekend.

Re: E3D v6 replacement help

I bought the E3D v6 and it would be going in to a 1.0a not sure how to identify what mount but would be looking for a assembly for that printer.

Re: E3D v6 replacement help

None of us at Printit own an XYZ, but I struck a deal with the designer of the mount we offer to help users. So how about this...
Grab our mount at face value, and I will throw in another version or two free of charge. If none line up, I will refund you. All I ask is that you try the mount we currently offer first to check for cross-compatibility with the various DaVinci series.

We don't normally wheel n deal like this, but we would like to help XYZ users as much as we do with Solidoodle and Printit users.

Re: E3D v6 replacement help

You should order directly from the shop. Here's the product link again https://www.printitindustries.com/colle … avinci-pro

Add a note that you would like documentation and another mount version and I will take care of it.

Re: E3D v6 replacement help

Sorry to necro the post, But I also have a DaVinci 1.0A, and I would like to know if you used the 12v or the 24v V6 hotend?
