Topic: Da Vinci 1.0 Aio Error 014 problem

Hi all,

My extruder stuck at 10 degrees and eventually shown as service code 0014. I have replaced a new extruder but still have the same problem. Wonder if there is anyway I can fix it? (Firmware up to date) Thank you
