Topic: M3 screw length

Forgot to take a measurement last night.  Can someone that's in front of their SD measure the length of the M3 flat head that goes through the hinged front door please.  I need to order some to complete my case mod.  My guess would be 8 or 10mm long.

Measuring from the head of the screw to the end of the nut is 6mm. The screw doesn't protrude through the nut though. It seems to stop shy by 1mm or so.

Thanks for the quick response.  Think I'll do the same then, as long as it holds, I don't want any other sharp objects sticking out.
