After several tries to improve the stock hotend I finally accepted that all my tries will not be fruitfull and changed to an E3D bowden hotend. http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1613566
I have just started printing some parts with this new hotend and compared to the direct drive I notice that it tends a lot more to oozing ... can someone of you share his settings for slic3r to improve it!?

With a Bowden setup it is going to take more retraction than direct drive. Depending on the length of the tube this number will vary. I know E3d suggests not going over 2mm retraction but that is a measure of actual filament travel at the hot end. Because the filament has some slop in the tube it is going to take the motor more than 2mm retraction to equal actual 2mm of filament movement at the hot end. So try increasing your retraction distance by .5mm increments until the blobbing goes away.
The tube is about 50cm long - I've started with 2mm retraction, but already increased to 3mm ... still oozing (see picture above is with 3mm retraction). How far can I go with retraction before it will clogging?

Check that your collets on the bowden couplings are in the "up" position, so they stay locked. Some folks put a little clip under the collet to hold it up, from an old credit card/ID card, or print one.
Thanks for the collet hint - I will try later today if the couplings are pulled up and maybe secure it with a little clip!
What came to my mind yesterday was that I used a 0.3 mm nozzle on the direct drive and now a 0.4 mm nozzle that comes with the bowden hotend. I think that this will also explain some of the oozing as the nozzle diameter is bigger!? I've ordered smaller sizes nozzles along so I will try this evening if this makes any difference!
Perhaps increasing retraction speed could be useful? I have increased mine to 60 on direct drive setup. It seems to "snap" the filament back and breaks off strings and oozes.
In the mean time I've tried several things:
Smaller nozzles will give more back pressure what reduce the amount of ozzing filament. But a 0.2mm nozzle will reduce the maximum volumetric volume of filament to 2mm³/sec. - I found a 0.3mm nozzle as the best compromise between printing speed and ozzing!
I also found that my tubes are not cut square - this helped a lot to remove the slope! Now I'm OK with ozzing but will try higher retraction speed as Telemachus suggested maybe I can improve further!
