I have savage an DaVinci 1.0 that missing parts.
I have email XYZ Printing to see if that have part list and explode view for the printer so I can order parts.
Have not heard from them yet.
Does anyone have any information to help me.
Just tell us best you can or supply pics of the parts you need many have Da Vinci parts and many parts are common from other printers. There is no list, diagram, or BOM and unless you have proof of purchase XYZ will not deal with you most of the time.

Here some photos i took this morning.
Looks like that I am missing the main parts for Extruder.
Top cover and back cover are missing.
Also the firmware has update to Repeater 0.92Mod.
But I notice it reboots about every minute and the Micro SD card top cover missing on the board.
I have done home all and everything moves back home.
This about all I have fiqure out so far.
I took my top cover off. You dont need it. I also took my electronics cover off. Its better ventillated with it gone.
SD card slot has no cover. You just need a small Micro SD (2 gb is plenty) to load the EEPROM. Hopefully once an EEPROM is loaded it wont keep resetting.
You need a new hotend for it. I wouldn't bother with XYZ. Get yourself an E3D v6. Installation instructions are throughout this forum. Get a buddy to print your parts.
The resetting issue is the biggest concern...
The resetting could be caused by the missing cover on the SDcard. If it disconnects during operation it will cause a restart.
Just put the SDcard in and use some good taped like Gorilla Tape and put it over the card and socket like the cover would have but let the tape overlap on to the PCB. it is not conductive so it won't hurt anything.
That got it, no reboots and now have "printer is ready" on screen.

It is not so much a cover but a metal shield that holds the card against the contacts in the sdcard socket. without that shield it does not make contact so it looses comm with the card and resets to try to get comm back. The tape will just hold it against the contacts as the shield would have.
Telemachus- we actually just started carrying the E3D carriage for DaVinci Pro units. While we would be happy to print any replacement parts for users in need, we would:
1) Need the stl files
2) Have a direct conversation with whoever designed the particular parts as we would like to continue honorable services.
