XYZ is the only place that sells factory parts for these machines. The Pro is too new so there is little community support for it right now and no one creating parts for it yet. Your only option is forcing XYZ to work with you. Tell them you are going to teturn it due to them not supporting it under warranty as they should. You will also expect a full refund after they receive it unless they work with you. Most companies want to avoid getting stuff back. Especially used stuff they already pawned of on one unsuspecting Joe.

Please correct me if I am wrong, but the Pro was just recently released maybe a month or so ago and in fact some still are waiting for it to be available in their areas.. I doubt anyone here has yet to make parts for it to adapt an E3D yet.. That's the issue with early buyers. Should really always wait at least 6 months to a year on a new product just to see how support and third party parts look for it.

Put as said as more buy it, it might get parts. The JR went for a year or more before they finally cracked the RFID system it had.

Well there you go, somebody was go getter and got it done.. To bad I am done with XYZ myself or I might have got a pro myself. Looks good on paper. The proof is in the printing and part wear though... Now looking at and SLA myself..

I would like to point out that the pic the Thing shows displays an improperly assembled E3D. The heatbreak threads should not be exposed!
