Topic: issue 0014

hi

I have a trouble about XYZ printing da Vinci 1.0,

when I  reinstall the nozzle, the screen show ISSUE 0014 or temperature still  on 10C.

Could anyone help me?  How to do? thanks!!

When I was about to do a head swap I noticed the heater wires were crimped to tight....

It's highly likely the black heater connector has failed. Ditch it and use something else.
I soldered my cables together.
