XYZ da vinci 1.0A print bed problem, noise and slow speed

I tried a program called MatterControll software for my XYZ da vinci thats on Repetier firmware,  it wasnt so good so I moved back to repetier software and after that I got a problem with raising and lowering my bed thru repetier software.

If I use the up/down arrows in repetier on the (Z) to move it goes fine with afew spins/seconds,  then it starts make a high noise and the raising or lowering is suddenly alot slower for a couple of seconds,  then i turns back to normal speed and normal noise level,  and goes around like that,  normal -> high noise, slow speed -> normal - > high noise, slow speed.    If I use the firmware in the printer itself to lower or raise the bed its all normal speed and noise.

I'm pretty sure the mattercontroll fucked some setting up in my repetier software,  but what could it be?
