Topic: Da Vinci Jr - Can only print Sample

Hi all,
I have bought the Orange Da Vinci Jr.
It has the 1.0.2 firmware.
It prints without any problem the sample model that is in the SD Card but
When I download an .STL file and convert it via the XYZ Software (i Have a mac) and put it on the SD Card

everything works (the extruder moves like it was printing) except that no plastic is extruded

I guess this is a very dumb thing that I have not done?

Impossible to register to the XYZ website as i have a "500 Internal Error" on the website when I confirm my membership
So I cannot even try an other sample from their website?

Instead of putting it on an SDcard, since you are using XYZ software anyways just connect to and send the file to the printer with the software.

Printing since 2009 and still love it!
