My design for a thickness gauge for the filawinder.
Seems to be working well.
Now i need to wire it in to a computer for data logging.

Hi,
It seems very good. I'm very interested about PC connection.
I look at the Amazon thickness gauge, but I hadn't seen the possibility for an external connection.

If you don't want to solder wires to the data port, you can get this cable- http://www.littlemachineshop.com/produc … ;category=
You will still need to cut off the DIN and add whatever kind of connector you need.

20 bucks for a cable ehh.
I think i paid less for the thickness gauge itself
