Topic: Issues with circles, difference in spacing from pullies

I have been having problems with my da vinci 1.0.  It is unable to make nearly perfect circles like it was when I first got it.  They are more oval shaped.  After looking around online I found some talk about how if the difference of where the axis with the extruder hits the pullies on the x axis is unequal, there can be issues with circles.  I have found that I have this issue with my printer.  However, when I cannot tighten any more on the right side and loosen any more on the left without it getting too loose.  Any advice would be appreciated!

What you need to do is loosen one side and make it  "jump" a tooth. the tension should be set by the spring.
so if your right side has 4 teeth when all the way for ward and the left has 3 loosen up the pully on the left and pull on the top part of the belt making it jump one tooth. let it re-tension the belt and check the tooth count again.

If you can't adjust it by that method then instead let the belt tension be set properly and then remove the belt from one of the carriage belt hold downs. now slide the carriage back and forth slightly so it aligns and then reinsert the belt in to the hold downs and check to make sure it is square.

Once its square your circles will come out much more precise

sorry, teeth on where? Are you referring to the amount of teeth showing on the belt before it enters the gear wheel?
