Topic: can not get computer to communicate ?

Hi, I just got done building a M one Prime and I am using a ramps 1.4 setup.
I can not seem to get arduino to communicate with my ramps?  I have good spare ramps board so I tried that and still nothing?
Not sure where to start? its says my com3 port is in use.  I have disable and re enabled com3 still nothing. same error.

try setting the com port to a higher number in device manager (properties > advanced settings), then select that port in arduino and see if that helps

also make sure you have the correct board selected in arduino
