Topic: Bed height

Hello again you fantastic bunch!
So here is my issue.
I would say i've became extremely good at leveling my bed manually from the amount of time i've done it in the past month of owning this printer.
I flashed it to Repetier before even trying out XYZs stock firmware.

So even after leveling my bed and getting a print going i often come to find the bed will be too low or too high.
This is extremely frustrating because i have been getting near close to perfect prints when its correct.
If anyone could advise me or point me in the right direction i would be more than grateful!

How are you removing the prints from the bed? You need to find away to keep it stuck while printing then just lift off after cooling.. Hairspray on glass or Kapton works great. The bed adjusters can be easily knocked out of adjustment if you have to apply any kind of force to remove the print. This is a known Da Vinvci flaw.

I'm removing the parts with the XYZ scraper thing off blue painters tape.
Ah i have never heard of that floor. So the best way to avoid it is just be extremely cautious with pressure when removing the prints?

Correct, XYZ did not use the best leveling system and it can be changed by rough handling.
