Topic: Da Vinci 1.0 Pro

I have had my pro for about a month now. It has been doing great until now. The tube that the filament runs through will not stay in the holder at the rear of the machine. It pops out and just feeds material into print area to only make a mess. I have made sure that the nozzle is clean and everything. Anyone else with this issue?

It is supposed to snap in, another user posted similar and did not realize there was a place it actually snaps in to. Maybe search a bit in the XYZ section. The post was not too long ago.

Printing since 2009 and still love it!

If it is still happening, give support a call.  I see that they now have a video posted showing how to replace the Bowden tube connector so maybe it is a known problem.
