Topic: WTB - PEEK BARREL - Did you upgrade to a j-head?

Ello folks!

I was hoping to buy someone's discarded peek hybrid barrel.  I am having clogs that I think are related to my accidentally skewed drilling of the barrel while unclogging once (:().   I noticed when I push down on the barrel there are ledges the filament can catch on.



Solidoodle sells a new one for $27 or so, but I'm saving money for a prusa nozzle whenever those finally come out, or a j-head or budaschnozzle is prusa doesnt release soon.   I personally can't figure out how to disassemble and replace the PTFE liner.


So I was hoping as a stop-gap fix someone else would sell me one at some discounted price.

Found a source for the liner on ebay. Hopefully it'll work to replace just the PTFE liner.
