Topic: Trouble with XYZWare

Hi, everyone:
I'm using XYZWare for printing objects with my XYZPrinting Da Vinci 1.0s AiO.
It's been working properly, but suddendly it doesn't slice the objects. From this morning on, when I click on the print button, menu opens, I select quality and other options, as I used to do, and I click on the button for printing. It should start the object slicing (this was the usual way until yesterday) but it doesn't. The button doesn't work.

What can be happening?
What can I do about this?

I'm also having a similar problem.... the software just sits there slicing but never reaches and end. I have tried previous files that took about a minute and they just sit in slicing for ages... I've not been able to print anything since. Did you have any luck?
