Topic: Da Vinci Duo Drive Grear Question

Extruder 1 will not feed anymore.  Took head off to clean the drive gears and notices that the copper drive gear on Extruder 2 spins freely but on Extruder 1 it will not move at all.  Is that the issue?  If so any suggestions.
