Topic: Completely new to 3d printing... Stupid question

You were warned...

I'm completely new to this 3d printing thing (I've had a RepRap Neo for over a year, but I could never get it to work for me) and I'm working with the XYZprinting Da Vinci AiO, with which I've been very pleased, thus far. I've run into a few problems, but the solutions, in general, seem readily available online (thanks to communities like this one).

But, I just ran the scanner yesterday (yes, I'm having issues with it, no this isn't a scanner question smile), and I can't seem to figure out how to, quite simply, lower the bed so I can clean it for a new print. I got a bit impatient and started the scan process immediately after I pulled the print from the bed...

I'm not needing to recalibrate or level, I just need to clean and start printing again.

Thanks

There are controls in the LCD menu that allows you to manually move each axis X amount of steps.

I appreciate the assist Carl and Scobo. Unfortunately, I didn't see these comments until just now, as I apparently failed to subscribe to this discussion. Sorry I've taken so long to extend my appreciation.
