Da Vinci Jr. Neon Green will not load

I've been recently active in some other Da Vinci Jr topics here but wanted to start a new one related to a specific color spool I'm having trouble with.  I recently got a brand new spool of Da Vinci Jr. Neon Green when Amazon finally got it back in stock.  It came vacuum sealed with silica gel per usual.  I verified the box says it's for the Jr and it's PLA.  This filament simply will not load.  Every time I try loading it, my printer clogs up.  I have had no problem with the natural, black and clear red colors but have yet to try the others.  I also tried a burn test with a lighter to see if it smelled like ABS and it definitely smells like PLA (sweet sugar smell).  Anyone else had any trouble with any of the colors of PLA for the Jr?  Wondering if I need to return it to Amazon and try another spool or just switch to a different color altogether.
